Apartment for rent

Hello I am looking for an aparment to rent in New Guduari.
With a separate room and living area.
From the 8th January to the 1st March.
For around $1000 per month

1000:52=19.23 per day for 2 rooms appartment. Feb is the top season...

I have gotten such a deal for the last two years.
No joke, on airbnb.
But this year the prices are double.

I mean $1000 per month not for 2 months

19.23*2= 40 per day for 2 rooms flat in New Gudauri....still would say inreal

Yes, but it is a monthly rate. You are looking at a daily rate.
Monthly is always cheaper, less admin, cleaning and booking guaranteed.
You cannot compare a daily rate with a monthly rate

FYI: I found for this year 800 USD/per month for 3 months in Gudauri Marshall so its totally doable ;) 

Marshall not in New Gudauri :) even not near any of the lifts and on the big road...

is it 2 rooms appartment for this money?
